Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-In & Check-Out
    • Check-in time is 3PM local time. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur and additional charge.
    • Check-out time is 11AM local time. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and incur an additional charge of $25 per hour.
  2. Reservations & Cancellations
    • Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date & check-in time to avoid penalties.
    • Late cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
  3. No Pets Policy
    • For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises. Service animals are permitted as dictated by law.
    • If you have a service animal, please note that staff may ask questions as permitted by ADA law. Service animals are subject to damage policies for damage and/or cleaning beyond typical clean-up for the animal.
    • Typical clean-up includes pet hair removal and pet excrement removal, including soiling and/or vomiting accidents.
    • Any violation of this policy will result in a fine of $100.
  4. Non-Smoking Policy
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas.
    • Smoking is prohibited on the Allegheny River Deck.
    • Designated smoking areas are available in the lower level garden of the hotel.
  5. Damages & Additional Charges
    • Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay, both in guest rooms and common areas.
    • While we expect normal wear and use of bedding and linens, excessive soiling beyond typical use may result in an additional cleaning fee of $50. This includes, but is not limited to, stains from food, beverages, bodily fluids, or other substances that require extra cleaning or replacement.
    • If excessive cleaning or replacement is required, the additional fee will be charged to the payment method on file. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain high-quality accommodation for all guests.
  6. Payment Policy & Methods
    • Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
    • Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit cards including Amex, Discover or Visa.
  7. Occupancy Limits
    • Maximum occupancy per room is as stated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for exceeding occupancy limits.
  8. Allegheny River Deck Conduct
    • Furniture in common areas is for the use of all guests. Please refrain from moving furniture.
  9. Guest Conduct
    • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and all times and to abide by hotel policies and regulations.
    • Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by hotel management may result in eviction without refund.
  10. Loss of Theft
    • The Foxburg Inn is not responsible for the loss of theft of personal belongings or valuables left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
  11. Liability
    • The Foxburg Inn is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage to guests or their property while on hotel premises.
  12. Privacy Policy
    • The Foxburg Inn respects the privacy of its guests and will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law.
  13. Amendment of Terms
    • The Foxburg Inn reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
